This vegan tree-nut cheese is made with activated cashews and cultured to create a delicate brie style cheese, using dairy-free and natural ingredients. Baby Bleu takes our rich and buttery classic cashew brie and speckles it with tangy dark blue/green veins. This creamy cheese spreads well and melts easily, serve with crackers or fresh bread.

I tried this cheese as a sample at a festival and just had to buy it. It’s the most delicious vegan cheese I’ve ever tasted. It’s melty, soft, flavourful and perfect on its own or with food. I used it as a topping for some vegan bolegnese. It also freezes extremely well, with no discernible difference between the post-frozen and pre-frozen varieties. I sectioned mine into quarters first.
