Artisan Cashew Milk Cream Cheese With Sun-dried Tomato & Mixed Herbs

This vegan tree-nut cheese is made with activated cashews and cultured to create a soft, spreadable cheese, using dairy-free and natural ingredients. We use the finest organic sun-dried tomatoes and garden herbs to create a cream cheese thats perfect spread on fresh bread or crackers. Try stirring any of our soft cheeses into pasta for an instant pasta sauce.

Ingredients: Organic cashews, purified water, organic coconut oil, organic sun-dried tomato, organic mixed herbs (parsley, basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme), Himalayan pink salt, cultures.

Shelf life- 4 weeks in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer.
