Artisan Cashew Milk Cream Cheese With Porcini mushrooms and truffle salt 

This vegan tree-nut cheese is made with activated cashews and cultured to create a soft, spreadable cheese, using dairy-free and natural ingredients. We use the finest porcini mushrooms and truffle salt  to create a cream cheese thats perfect spread on fresh bread or crackers. Try stirring any of our soft cheeses into pasta for an instant pasta sauce.

Ingredients: Cashews (50%) (Nuts), purified water, coconut oil, porcini mushrooms (1.6%), truffle salt (0.8%) (salt, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 1%, flavouring), cultures.
