Lime & Vanilla Bean Cheesecake
This vegan tree-nut cheesecake is made with activated cashews and cultured to create a delicate ricotta style cheese before being blended with organic lime juice, vanilla and xylitol and poured on top of our crunchy, gluten-free biscuit base.
Ingredients- Organic cashews, filtered water, organic coconut oil, organic lime juice, xylitol, organic dates, organic almonds, organic coconut shreds, organic vanilla essence, pink salt, cultures.
Shelf life- 3 weeks in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer.
Contains nuts, made in a vegan kitchen which uses sesame seeds, nuts, peanuts, mustard, soya beans and celery.
